      Abstract
      A motorcycle is one of the many ground transportation used in Indonesia because it is cheap price to reach by middle to lower class people, the use of fuel is more efficient compared to the other vehicles. The most of gasoline engine used at the moment is 4-stroke gasoline engine. On the necessities of racing to comply with standard regulation, a motorcycle must have specification that had already been fixed. Therefore this research modifying motorcycle by replacing standar CDI and camshaft with aftermarket CDI and camshaft. The purpose of this research is studying the effect of aftermarket CDI and camshaft on the engine performance of Yamaha Jupiter Z 130 cc tune up to the value of power, torque, fuel consumption and travel time on the track. The methodology that was used in this research is using a literature review, replacement CDI and camshaft standard by aftermarket, then do a testing using dynamometer. After power testing and torque testing then continued with fuel consumption test and travel time test. The result of data from all the tests inputed into graphs and diagrams and then analyzed. The result from this research by using aftermarket CDI and aftermarket camshaft there is an increase on the value of power 21,74 % and on the value of torque 7,78 %. Fuel consumption decreased by 60,19 %, and the best travel time testing the motorcycle can traveled a distance of 201 meters with a time 9,6 seconds.
