      Abstract
Soil stabilization with cement is defined as mixing of crushed soil, cement, and water and then compacted to produce new material which is soil-cement making strength, deformation, characteristic, water resistance, weather can be adjusted to road pavement, foundation and road. The percentage of cement affects the values of the main test parameters is the specific gravity value, grain size distribution, soil consistency limit value, and the value of CBR immersion. The percentage of cement used was 0% and 10% of the weight of the specimen and with a 7-day curing time under soaking CBR conditions. The effect of the addition of cement to the test shows that the higher the cement content the higher the weight value, the decreasing liquid limit value, the plastic limit value, the shrinkage limit, the higher plasticity index, the higher CBR value, and no effect on the development value. From the comparison of all specimens, the CBR value taken on the test specimens I content of cement 10% of 75.33%. Difference between CBR values use cement 0% and 10% was 71%.
