Somple toking use purposive sompling method ond bring 76 compoies os ihe result. This study use Two Sioge Leosl Squore (2SLS),becouse the identilicolion of simultoneous equotion must fulfill lust idenlified criterio. The endogenous voriobles thot use in lhis study ore business risk, profitobility, invesimenl, fixed ossets, groMh ond size o{ the firm. The result of reseorch shows thot on debt equotion: dividend, insider ownership, risk, profitobilily ond fixed ossels hove significont influence to debt. On dividend equolion: debt, insider ownership, risk, profitobility, investmenl ond growth hove significont influence to dividend. On insider ownership equotion: debt, dividend, risk ond size hove significont influence to insider ownership.
