Background: providing pediatric palliative care on en of life phase has special uniqueness compared to palliative care in general. This study aims to explore the experience of pediatric palliative care in providing end of life care at home. Method: this study used qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The data were taken by in-depth and analyzed by Collaizi Method (1978). There were 5 participants pediatric palliative nurses working in Yayasan Rumah Rachel providing home care. Results: This study found 4 main themes, “building trust”, “connecting patient and family wills”, “realizing the hopes”, and “management of self-emotion”. Conclusion: The nurses in providing pediatric palliative care prioritize the wills and hopes of patient and family. The nurses are required to be able to control their self in providing palliative care. Keywords: Pediatric Palliative Nurses, Home Care, End of life, Qualitative study.
