      Abstract
      This research was conducted with the purpose of identifying and analyzing the influence of Leader Member Exchange toward job satisfaction and employee satisfaction with affective commitment as the intervening variable. The object of the research was all employees of BMT BIF Yogyakarta. This research was quantitative research. On this research, data were compiled through distributing questionnaire to 75 employees. Method used to gather sample was saturated sampling by involving all employees of BMT BIF Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25,0. The result of the research showed that LMX gave positive and significant influence toward affective commitment. LMX gave positive and significant influence toward job satisfaction and performance; affective commitment gave positive and significant influence toward job satisfaction and performance; affective commitment gave positive and significant influence as the mediator toward the correlation between LMX and job satisfaction; and affective commitment gave positive and significant influence as the mediator toward the correlation between LMX and performance.
