In the construction project planning, time and cost greatly affect the success and failure of a project. The implementation of a construction project is a sequence of interdependent activities between one job and another.. The way in this study is to add working hours (overtime) and add labor so that the results of both will be compared. The method used is Duration Cost Trade Off Method with the help of Microsoft Project 2013 Application. From the research conducted, for the addition of overtime 1 hour decreased by Rp 174,235,266,01 and change the duration decreased 25,52 days. For 2 hours overtime decreased by Rp 245,832,845.81 and change in duration decreased 44.10 days. For the addition of overtime 3 hours decreased by Rp 284.300.094,81 and change of duration decreased 58,06 days. While for the addition of labor for 1 hour decreased by Rp 227,595,692.52 and change the duration decreased 25.52 days. For the addition of labor for 2 hours decreased by Rp 393,530,743,96 and change of duration decreased 44,10 days. For the addition of workforce for 3 hours decreased by Rp 518,173,771,93 and change of duration decreased 58,06 days. From the analysis performed the most optimal results occur when the addition of workforce for 3 hours is Rp 10.898.716.933.09 and the duration of acceleration to 91.94 days.
