      Abstract
      The efficient use of electric power needs to be done by everyone so that a life-saving culture can be applied. The way to achieve it is the controlled use of air conditioning. With the website technology can be used to control electronic devices. In this research has been done design and manufacture a prototype Air Conditioner Controller web-based on air-conditioned room. The system uses the Wifi ESP8266 module, DS18B20 Sensor, TCS3200 sensor, Infrared transmitter, DS18B20 sensor and Arduino Mega 2560 as its main constituent components. Results from the sensor data will be sent to the web server which will be used as the center of the AC controller. This prototype is designed to help ease the AC controller remotely on the web server. This system is active if the web server is accessed, then it will show the information of Air Conditioner. When the AC control button is pressed then the infrared signal will send to AC and the web server will refresh again to display the latest AC information. The work of this tool can send data via wifi ESP8266 with a distance of 14 meters and data sensor results of air conditioning control can be accessed via android or PC by opening a web browser.
