      Abstract
Lightweight concrete is concrete that has a lighter (density) than concrete in general. Therefore, lightweight concrete has several advantages over normal concrete, namely, lightweight concrete has a smaller specific gravity, thereby reducing the weight of its own structural elements, which results in the need for smaller cross-sectional dimensions so that the load received by the foundation is lighter and the dimensions of the foundation can be smaller. and economically more economical. The purpose of this study is to analyze the compressive strength of concrete that can be produced from the lightweight concrete. This study uses coarse aggregate in the form of pumice stones with a size of 9.5 mm - 19 mm from Sumbawa, NTB and uses silica fume additives with variations of 7%, 14%, and 28% of the total weight of cement. Lightweight concrete cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. Tests were carried out at 7 days, 28 days and 56 days of concrete. From testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7, 28, and 56 days, the average value of compressive strength of lightweight concrete with a variation of 7% silica fume is 7.99 Mpa, 9.62 Mpa and 11.05 Mpa, respectively. For silica fume variations of 14%, the average concrete compressive strength values were 6.67 Mpa, 8.77 Mpa and 9.91 Mpa respectively. Whereas for the 21% silica fume variation, the average concrete compressive strength values were 6.21 Mpa, 8.57 Mpa and 9.60 Mpa, respectively.
