      Abstract
      The hydraulic system has been widely used in several large industries, so knowledge of the components of the hydraulic system is very important in all industrial branches. The hydraulic system is a form of power transfer using a conductive medium in the form of a liquid fluid to obtain a greater power than the initial power, where the delivery fluid is increased by the generator pump which is passed to the working cylinder through a pipe and valve. In the design of the Electrical Portable Hydraulic Jack has several results of analysis that the mechanism of action comes from a hydraulic cylinder. The parameters discussed in this study have data weight specifications of 1400 kg, cross-sectional area 𝐴1= 0,0003 𝑚2 and cross-sectional area 𝐴2= 0,008 𝑚2, then the maximum initial force mechanism to lift the load on the lifting hydraulic pump by 5,35 kg (g= 9,81 𝑚/𝑠2 in gravity acceleration). The value of the ratio between the pressure of the hydraulic pump and the heavy load of the object is (1: 262). Kinematics analysis in the principle of equilibrium obtained the results of the force at each fulcrum point of 466,67 kg= 4,57 kN in units of g= 9,81 𝑚/𝑠2 and the equilibrium of the workpiece, moment of force at point B (𝑀𝐵= 0). And obtained the results of analysis on the design of the tool when the position of the slope of the hydraulic cylinder before working is 11,53°, while the position of the slope of the hydraulic cylinder after working is 40,83°.
