      Abstract
      This research was conducted with the purpose of identifying and analyzing the influence of employee performance toward turnover intention with affective commitment and compensation as the moderator variables. The object of this research were all employees of BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri. This research was quantitative research. The method used to compile sample was saturation sampling. The data analysis technique used was SmartPLS 3,27. In the research, data was collected using questionnaire distributed to 80 employees of BMT BIF DIY. The result showed that employee performance gave negative influence toward job satisfaction, affective commitment could modernize the influence of employee performance toward turnover intention, and compensation couldn’t modernize the influence of performance toward turnover intention among employees of BMT BIF DIY.
