      Abstract
Wadaslintang Hydroelectric Power Plant is a hydroelectric power plant with electricity production capacity of 2 X 9 MW and producing 92 million KWH annually. In turbines and generators each has many problems including problems regarding the efficiency of turbines and generators. Turbine efficiency is the performance of a turbine engine to produce a power where the ratio is produced with the performance of the turbine engine. The efficiency of the generator is the ratio of the output power or the input power of the generator. In the efficiency calculation table, it can be concluded that the turbine works well and optimally. Because the value of turbine efficiency is not less than 50%. The turbine power value decreases because at low intake elevation values, vice versa. The first day the generator efficiency obtained from the calculation was 89.77%, the second day 89.77%, the third day 91.02%, the fourth day 91.25%, and the fifth day 91.59%. comparison of the efficiency of the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth days is on the load. this is because the load changes the current value every day. So that the load changes. The change in burden is a reality within reasonable limits. From these conditions it can be concluded that the efficiency of the turbine and synchronous generator in the Wadaslintang hydropower plant is in good condition and works optimally.
