The use of headlight and muffler on motorcycle is crucial. The headlight is used to light roadway at night while muffler is an exhaust of gas or silencer of the machine noise. The beam from high headlight which directly shines toward motorists’ eyes from the opposite direction may lead to traffic accident; and the excessive noise of muffler may cause environmental pollution as well as health problems. This research aims at identifying the different intensity of the beam of standard headlight and 6-side LED headlight by using forward and right sideways distance variation and reflector angle variation of 00 -50 and +50. This research is also aimed at identifying the different noise level of standard muffler and modified muffler of Nob1 Noe SS dual sound on Honda Supra X125 PGM-FI 2013 motorcycle with glass-wool weight variation on the modified muffler. The result of the research indicated that intensity value of the 6-side LED headlight is bigger than that of Honda Supra X125 PGM-FI 2013 standard headlight. While, as the light beam distance from the light source of either 6-side LED headlight and standard headlight increase, the value of the light intensity will decrease. Further, the noise level of Nob1 Noe SS dual sound modified muffler is higher than that of standard muffler. The increase of number or weight of glass-wool on Nob1 Noe SS dual sound muffler will decrease the noise level.
