River border is a space belonging to a river located on the river bank. The river's width has been set in several regulations in Indonesia, where in some locations the construction conditions do not pay attention to the river border area, so that if there is a flood the existing settlements will be affected by flood overflows and the river border area should be in order for the overflow of water the river can get sucked into the ground. This study discusses the condition of river boundaries in the field and adjusts to government regulations regarding rivers. The results of the study there are several locations in the field that are not in accordance with existing regulations, this is due to the presence of several locations that show that there are residential areas that are right on the riverbank, this is feared if the river overflows can cause residents to be inundated by overflowing River water. The area of land use located on the river border on each river border width, 3 m wide is 18.033 ha, width 5 m is 30.252 ha, width 10 m is 61.748 ha, width 15 m is 94.082 and for width 50 m is 320.565 ha
