      Abstract
      Technology and automotive have experienced significant developments in Indonesia and in the world. The neccesity of motorbikes in daily life is also increasing rapidly. To optimize its use, it is necessary to increase torque and power and save fuel consumption. Based on the description above, it is necessary to do research on the effect of ignition settings with variations of CDI standard and CDI racing and variations of Turbo Pertamax fuel and Shell Super on the performance of the 225 cc 4 stroke engine. This research was conducted by testing the 225 cc Yamaha Scorpio motorbike. The test was carried out with 10 variation conditions, including CDI standard with Pertamax fuel and Super Shell. CDI Rextor with 4 maping settings, namely Map 1, Map 5, Map D, and Map E settings using variations of Turbo Pertamax and Super Shell fuels. The parameters that tested are torque, power and fuel consumption. Torque and power testing are used the Dynamometer based on the SAE J1349 DEC 80 test standard, on fuel consumption testing by way of testing the vehicle road at a distance of 5 km according to SAE J108-200802 test standards. Based on the test above, it shows that the largest of torque obtained in the variation of Map 1 CDI Rector with Super Shell fuel that is 18.96 N.m at 6500 rpm. While the biggest power is using the variation of map E CDI Rector with Super Shell fuel which is 18.92 HP at 7750 rpm. The most efficient fuel consumption uses variety of MAP 1 CDI Rextor with Pertamax Turbo fuel which produces 34 km / l fuel consumption.
