      Abstract
      Lights and exhaust are important parts of a motorcycle. Lights are used for the lighting on motor vehicles and exhaust is used as exhaust channels and sound absorbers produced from the working engine. The intensity of light exposure which is under regulatory requirements in the law can reduce the visibility. If the intensity of light is too bright then it can lead to the risk of accident. The high intensity of noise exposure produced from the exhaust can cause disturbances in surrounding environment and the noise can result in health disorder. Therefore, this research is aimed to find out the level of light intensity of standard headlights and 6-sided LED headlight as well as to know the level of noise intensity that can be produced from the standard exhaust and racing exhaust of NOB1 Neo SS on Yamaha Mio Soul 115 motorcycle Year 2010. The study of the intensity of exposure of motorcycle headlight was conducted on the Southern crossroad, Bantul and the study of the intensity of the exhaust noise exposure was conducted at the Sultan Agung Stadium, Bantul. This research also used luxmeter measuring instrument and sound level meter. The data collected were obtained from direct measurement on standard headlight and 6-sided LED headlight with the load weight variation of 40, 50, 60, and 90 with a distance of 0- 100 meters and 2-3 meters to the right. The direct measurement on standard exhaust and racing exhaust NOB1 Neo SS used the variations without DB killer, using DB killer, and glasswool weight. The results of the study show that the intensity of light exposure and standard headlights tends to be small on 6-sided LED headlights. The farther away leaving the bright spot on the standard headlight and the LED headlight, the light exposure is dimmer. The intensity of noise exposure is lower than the NOB1 Neo SS racing exhaust. The addition to glasswool weight and the use of DB killer variation on NOB1 Neo SS exhaust can decrease the level of noise.
