Godean was one of the sub-districts located in Sleman Special Region Of Yogyakarta. Based on information from the published BPS 2017, the potential of rice field irrigated development was around 43,99%. The Development and addition of rice harvested areas of rice crops through integrated crop management (PTT) that has been done in fact has decreased production of crops so it needs to do a research. The research was conducted from February to May 2018 with the aim to know the deviation application of technology of rice cultivation at farmer levels. The research was conducted through field surveys by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires on 68 farmers consisting of Sidoluhur and Sidomulyo Villages. The variables observed included the use of seed type, land processing, the use of seedlings, planting system and spacing, the use of organic and inorganic fertilizers, pest and disease control, harvest age and handling measures to harvest grain. The result of the research are analyzed descriptively to describe the condition in the field thoroughly to the recommendation of rice cultivation from the government. The result of analysis shows that the the production factors that influence the decrease in rice yield are caused by the variable use of the type of seed from the previous crop, not given the addition of organic fertilizer, Urea fertilization is higher than recommendations, SP-36 fertilization is less than recommended, NPK fertilization is higher than recommendations and harvest age is earlier than the government recommended harvest time so that the production factor is not in accordance with the PTT approach
