      Abstract
      The use of plastics is very broad because of its water-resistant properties and easy manufacture. The number of plastic uses in the community requires innovation such as bottle packaging, electronic casing making, and car hoods. Because of this great opportunity, it made a motivation in making blow molding machine with a working system blowing bottle preform. In the blow molding machine there is a very main component namely the mold. The mold functions as a mold from bottle preform that has been heated and ready to be formed. In mold component blow molding machine using the 5xxx series aluminium material which has an Al content of 97.76% and Mg 1.756% has been character a row matrial so that it has the properties of being easily formed and corrosion resistant, where aluminium types are easy to find in the market and the prices is quite affordable. Mold making in the blow molding machine using mastercamv9 software as simulation before being applied to a CNC. In the manufacturing process there are several processes including surface contour, center drill, drill, pattern contour and finishing of several processes resulting in simulation time for 4 hours, 29 minutes, 5 second for one side of the mold, simulation for that result, total time obtained by calculation is 4 hours, 46 minutes, 59 second.
