      Abstract
Planning and procurement of drugs is an important part in the stage of drug management at the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Drug planning in a weak hospital will cause waste in the drug procurement budget, the costs for procurement will swell, and there will be shortages or excess drugs. Ineffective procurement results in not achieving the right amount of drug at the right price. This research is included in non-experimental descriptive research. The data was taken from the Ngudi Waluyo Blitar Regional General Hospital in the form of qualitative interviews while quantitative data was taken retrospectively based on documents available at the pharmaceutical installation warehouse. The analysis was carried out by evaluating planning and procurement indicators and comparing with existing value standards based on Pudjianingsih 2006 and the Ministry of Health 2008. The results obtained based on the comparison of indicators in the planning stage for the first indicator are 93.16% (standard 100%). The second indicator is 138% (standard 100%). The third indicator is 100% (standard 100%). The results of procurement indicators for the first indicator are 12% (standard 30% -40%). The second indicator shows less than 12 times. The third indicator enters the standard efficiency range (1-9). The fourth indicator is 0%. Based on this description, the third indicator in the planning stage reaches the value of efficiency, while the procurement indicator is only the first indicator that does not comply with efficiency standards.
