One of Fungal infections is Candida albicans. Indonesian people are many use of the diversity of natural resources in Indonesia to be used as a traditional medicine, among others is soursop leaves (Annona muricata). This research is purposed to knowing the activity of anti-fungi methanol extract and water extract of soursop leaves towards Candida albicans. The extraction process on the research done by two methods that is maceration with methanol solvent and infundation with water solvent. The concentration of soursop leaves extracts are used respectively 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9%. Antifungal activity test was done by difussion method of well treatment to know the antifungal effectiveness by observing the inhibition zone. The results showed the methanol extract and water extract of soursop leaves have antifungal activity against Candida albicans at a concentration of 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% and 9%.
