      Abstract
      Drug management consists of planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and drug reporting. Storage stage management is an important part of maintaining the quality of the drug, reducing the risk of damage, optimizing and maintaining supplies continuity, facilitating search and monitoring, avoiding irresponsible use and providing information on future drug needs. This research was conducted to know the description of pharmaceutical storage in Pharmaceutical warehouse of RS Syuhada 'Haji Kota Blitar. This study included non-experimental research in the form of a more emphasis on the storage of pharmaceutical preparations using descriptive designs by collecting qualitative data through observation and interviews with several officers in pharmaceutical installations compared with Permenkes guideline No. 72 of 2016. Quantitative data obtained from indicators in the form of Turn Over Ratio (TOR), percentage of expired or damaged drug value and percentage of dead stock at RS Syuhada 'Haji Kota Blitar. The results show that 80% of storage requirements are in accordance with the standard, 66% of storage components are in accordance with the standard, 100% of storage systems are in accordance with the standard, 71.4% of storage methods are in accordance with the standards, and 100% of emergency drug management is in compliance with the standards. The result of indicator calculation at RS Syuhada 'Haji Kota Blitar shows the value of Turn Over Ratio (TOR) of 12.84 times, the percentage of expired or damaged drugs or healthcare by 0,014% and percentage of dead stock by 0,012%.
