      Abstract
      Disability is a condition that is limited and does not have the ability to live a normal life in daily life due to physical, psychological and mental disorders, this makes the family this makes families with disabilities worried if people with disabilities do activities outside the home and are out of family reach. Previously, one of the tools for people with Vired Reder disabilities was used to detect the position of persons with disabilities but could only be used if pressing the sender position button. This reseach aims to make position detector devices for people with disability. It will be appear as short message service (SMS) by using Gps and another electronic support circuit so that this tool can be used by people with disabilities to do activities outside the home and not cause family concern because of family will know the position of persons with disabilities without having to press the button on the tool. This life support tool is controlled using the ATmega 328 microcontroller, using a GPS module to get coordinate points and 900 SIM to send sms in the form of position coordinates specifically. After point testing, the highest error (8.4 M) prove that the position detector device for people with disability work well and produced high accuration dissability device.
