      Abstract
Cardiac abnormalities can be identified by diagnosing heart sounds obtained from the mechanical activity of the heart which is censored by a condensor mic pre-amp stethoscope. The signal from the censorship will be processed in the filter circuit and the microcontroller, in the data processor to be displayed on the LCD the writer uses the Arduino Nano Module as a microcontroller process. The monitoring process of this tool is done by displaying a signal on the Raspberry. Based on the results of testing and measurement of 10 people that the heart condition is normal and can display a systolic graph (S1) is heard when the mitral and tricuspid valves close and diastolic heart (S2) is heard when the aortic and pulmonary valves close, the experimental results can be stored on the SD Card making it easier doctor in analyzing and diagnosing heart conditions. In the results of the function test and the trial of the patient on the device "EPHONCBR (Raspberry Pi-based Electrophonocardiograph) with the Phonocardiograpah (PCG) parameter" the device can work well as evidenced by the emergence of sound S1 and S2
