      Abstract
      Background :Premenopausal as the expiration of a period or menstruation, and is considered a scourge in the lives of women. Most woman begin experiencing premenopausal symptoms in their 40s and reached its peak at the age of 50 years. Anxiety that appear in women who are premenopausal often associated with their concerns in the face of a situation that had not been previously experienced. The Purpose:The purpose of this study to determine how the level of anxiety unmarried women who not married against premenopausal at the Village Patangpuluhan,, Wirobrajan District of Yogyakarta. The Research Method: This research is quantitative descriptive. Technic sampling by total sampling technique are a number of 38 respondents in the village of Patangpuluhan, Wirobrajan district. This research instrument use questionnaire. Test data were analyzed using univariate analysis by looking at the frequency distribution. Result :The results of this study showedanxiety level among unmarried women in facing of premenopausewith using assessment of anxiety level is mild anxiety level with a score of 15-20 as many as 18 respondents (47,4%), moderate anxiety level with a score of 21-27 as many as 12 respndents (31,6), and severe anxiety level with a score of 28-41as many as 8 respondents (21%). The Conclussion:Anxiety levels among unmarried women in facing of premenopausal lat Patangpuluhan Village, Wirobrajan distict of Yogyakarta mostly experiencing mild anxiety level as many as 18 respondents (47,4%).
