      Abstract
      In March 2015, the Thai parliament issued Gender Equality Act B.E.2558 (2015) which states explicitly "individuals can be a man, woman, or‘ someone who has a sexual expression that is different from his sex.’” Although Thai parliament has issued the Gender Equality Act, Thailand’s Transgender still faces the most violent discrimination of all LGBT groups in Thailand. The Thai LGBT community needs a special strategy aimed at the Thai government to create a special bill to protect their status and presence in the community through UN organizations namely UNDP and OHCHR. By using feminism, theory of advocacy and theory strategy, this thesis seeks to understand how is the Strategy of the LGBT movement in Thailand and on aspects of international cooperation in encouraging the birth of a Draft Bill on "Third Gender". To find out what strategies the LGBT groups in Thailand used to encourage the birth of a bill, by collaborating between LGBT communities, cooperation with the government and cooperation with international organizations
