      Abstract
Water is one of the important elements on earth that is needed for life. In this world, humans really need clean and pure water so that it needs the creation of a tool to support the supply of clean water. Before making the form of the technology the tool needed a design so that the manufacturing process was easier. Design is the design of a system object or structure of a plan that integrates with technology. Design is needed to simplify and as a reference in the process of making tools. The process of this research is done by designing water treatment equipment by designing using inventor software and paying attention to component utilities so that the process of water treatment performance can operate optimally and analyze the strength of pipe joints when obtaining high pressure water produced from the pump engine when the engine is running. From the results of the design design using Inventor software, the size of the skeleton is 130 cm long, 72 cm wide and 200 cm high. Research on the strength of pipe joints At 1400 RPM (Stationary) produces a water pressure of 0.6 bar, the pipe connection has not been leaked. At 2000 RPM (low) produces a water pressure of 1 bar, the pipe connection has not leaked. At 3600 RPM (medium) produces a water pressure of 1.6 bar, the pipe connection has not leaked. Whereas at 4500 RPM (Height) produces a water pressure of 3 bars, pipe joints leak because it is caused by pump pressure greater than membrane filtration capacity resulting in back pressure which causes a leak in the pipe installation.
