      Abstract
      The bicycle is traditional transportation to make easier accessibility person in commit activities. Most normal people wear type of the bicycle with two wheels for sports and travel medium distances. According use, the bicycle which can be used by people with physical disabilities on the legs is type of the bicycle with three wheels. This problem is beginning a research to design the handcycle as mode transport to easy the accessibility of disability person. The purpose of research is design with classification of measurement and analysis on design. Measurement this is anthropometric body dimensions of disability person toward the Handcycle and analysis about design that is simulation of motion the handcycle through software on the Autodesk Inventor. Furthermore, in this research turn testing the handcycle to know level comfort of person with physical disabilities on the legs when design realized. The results of research is the handcycle to easy the accessibility person with physical disabilities in the legs when pedaling with both hands. Data obtained from motion analysis the angle swivel toward comfort the rider while turn of right – left equal to 20º and then data obtained from motion analysis of combination gear rear/front 28/28 to level of lowest speed, 38/20 for medium up to 48/14 fastest, which can be set when ride and completed with front disc brakes with traction that effective in reducing speed.
