      Abstract
      CV. ZoehadaPanganKreatif is one of the manufacturing companies that produce bakpia (full moon-shaped pastry). In an increasingly highbusiness competition, companies are required to increase their competitiveness, so companies must be more selective in runningtheir business. The cash sales system can facilitate the preparation of a good accounting system. The research entitled “The Evaluation of Sales Systems and Cash Receipts for Cash Sales Systems to the Employees’ Performance Effectiveness of CV. ZoehadaPanganKreatif”is intended to help in findingout how the Sales System and Cash Receipt System are on the Sales System of CV.ZoehadaPanganKreatif and what are the advantages and disadvantages. The method used is data collection using interview, observation, library studies, and data analysis methods. The evaluation of Sales Systems and Cash Receipt System that are made can be used to provide evidence of adequate recording and reporting of all sales transactions conducted by the company and can also be used as information that is useful for the interests of the main manager in making decisions. Manager isalso required to design a good sales accounting system so that all information needed by managers can be used optimally and also the system used can be interconnected with all activities related to sales.
