      Abstract
Hydrograph is a diagram / curve that illustrates the relationship between discharge flow parameters and time. The river that has no discharge measurement data in a long time, the method of switching from rain to river discharge is a common thing to do to get a design flood discharge. HSS is one of the methods used in the design flood analysis. This study tested the flood hydrograph analysis with Snyder Method and GAMA Method with direct runoff graph from Borobudur AWLR station. The results obtained are most of the discharge values obtained from the analysis of the GAMA Method with the original parameters is greater than the value of direct runoff discharge, for the peak discharge value (Qp) = 27.164 m3 / d obtained from observations, while the value of the discharge obtained from Snyder Method analysis with greater original parameters, for peak discharge (Qp) = 12,971 m3 / d from observations. And from the results of the modification process, the Snyder Cp parameter value is equal to 0.15, and the parameter value of the GAMA method, for the constant value in the Qp equation is equal to 9.7.
