      Abstract
      This study examines the management of the Jogja Public Relations Days (JPRD) 2017event organized by Perhumas Muda Yogyakarta (PMY). JPRD is an annual event held by involving participants from students from all over Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data sources in the form of interviews and documentation. Interviews were carried out on three informants and documentation in the form of activity reports and photographs that were evidence during the implementation of the JPRD event. Research results showed in the Planning Committee organizers devised the structure of officials in advance to be able to optimize the use of human resources.Furthermore, each division will devise a work planning and programs that will be implemented to achieve the purpose of organizing the event. in the preparation of the work was preceded by research by utilizing the internet to gather information of organizing similar events. The uniqueness of the theme into consideration in attracting visitors. At this stage of the implementation of the Committee Act on the determination of the plan that has been agreed on, starting from promotional activities that use interactive marketing and roadshow to college campuses, the search for sponsors that are relevant to the theme of the event, up to the Organization of the event. Next on the stage of the Evaluation Committee to evaluate together to listen to constituents and an inhibitor of each Division are useful for next organizing.
