This study purpose to describe the dissolution of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and North Korea, Specifically, the background of the problems of Malaysia and North Korea will be explained, the government systems and policies, bilateral relations with other countries, and the bilateral relations between Malaysia and North Korea, making the Malaysian government forced to make persona non-grata against Kang Chul as the ambassador of North Korea in Malaysia and contrarily North Korea who make a persona non-grata against the Malaysian ambassador. Then the North Korean government decides to hold Malaysians in North Korea , This study uses descriptive qualitative method using secondary data.
