      Abstract
This study aims to find the appropriate concentration of Rotoone F to induce a process of roor cell growth in a combination of growing media suitable for supplaying nutrients to pepper plants. The method use in an experimental method compiled in the CRD (Complete Randomized Design) with a factorial design consisting of 2 factors. This research was conducted in South Bangka Toboali, from November 2017 until February 2018. The results showed that the type of planting media gave a different effect on the number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, number of roots and root length. Rootone F concentration produces the same effect on the number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, number of roots, root length and percentage of live cuttings. The treatment of various types of media and the concentration of Rootone F did not provide interactions with all parameters except the number of roots. At various concentrations of Rootone F, the soil medium provides the best support for the growth of pepper cuttings.
