The Purpose of this research is to analize the Cost, the profit and the business worthiness of the layer hens farming with Biosecurity system that will be calculated using R/C ratio indicator, fund productivity and worker productivity. Therefore the result of this research showed that the amount of cost of the layer hens are Rp 2.159.989.859 which is split into 2 cost, Rp 1.693.572.910 for the explicit cost and Rp 466.416.949 for the implisit cost. Meanwhile the profit of the layer hens farmer from Gulurejo Village are Rp 135.032.353 for 1 cycle of production is 1,06 of R/C ratio, 30% of fund productivity and Rp 200.981 of labor productivity that can be conclude that layer hens farming is worth running
