The Research aims to evaluate the Green Open Space, Green Line State Parks Road In sub-district Middle Semarang. and to evaluate Green Open Space in accordance with its function as supporting ecological, aesthetic, social and cultural quality in accordance with the Semarang central typology. The research was carried out in the middle of Semarang in August 2017 – March 2018. The research was conducted using a survey method. The technique of analysis used in the research was image interpretation analysis, availability analysis of green open space based on regulation of UU No. 26 year 2007 concerning the provision and utilization of green open space with a minimum area of 30%. As for the tools and equipment necessary to do the observation and interview, among others, the following: a detailed questionnaire and the camera. The results of this study indicate that green open spaces consisting of City Parks, Green Roads and City Forests in Central Semarang sub-district are not in accordance with Law No. 26 of 2007 that Central Semarang sub-district has a green open space of 7.86%.
