      Abstract
      This study aims to examine the contribution of Economic Growth, District Own Source Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU). Specific Allocation Funds (DAK) for Regency / City Government Capital Expenditures in South Sulawesi year 2012-2016 both partially and simultaneously. This research’s method used descriptive method. The population in this study is the Regency / City in South Sulawesi which consists of 21 Regencies and 3 Cities year 2006-2015. This study used secondary data. In order to test the hypothesis, in this study using multiple linear regression with t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The data that has been collected is analyzed in advance by testing the classical assumptions then the hypothesis test with the SPSS 21.0 test tool. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially the Economic Growth and Specific Allocation Funds variables have no effect on Capital Expenditure, while the PAD and DAU have a positive effect on capital expenditure. Simultaneously, the variables of Economic Growth, PAD, DAU, and DAK have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure.
