DETERMINAN PERMINTAAN TENAGA KERJA DI INDONESIA (PERIODE 2013 – 2017)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Labor Demand in Indonesia for the period 2013 - 2017. The subjects used in this study are Manpower Demand in Indonesia. The data used in the study are secondary data consisting of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Provincial Minimum Wages (PMW) using panel data in 2013 - 2017 obtained from the official Website of the Agency Indonesian Center for Statistics (BPS). The analysis tool used is a panel data regression model with Eviews 7.0 software.Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable has the most significant and positive influence in influencing Labor Demand in Indonesia. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) variables and Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW) variables have a significant positive effect on labor demand in Indonesia.In this study it is necessary to add independent variables to strengthen the results of the study.
