      Abstract
      According to previous research, intangible assets are the source of competitive advantage. There are three components of intangible assets, namely Human resources, information technology, and organization assets. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the hospital intangible assets can improve competitive advantages? Questioners were shared and interviews were conducted in X Hospital to collect the data. The respondents were 28 persons that hold a structural job. A descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach was chosen as the methods. The result as follows: the human resource assets that comprise of knowledge, skills, character are most important thing compare to Information technology and organization assets. The component of human resource intangible assets inserts in information technology and organizational assets as experts. Therefore, to improve the information technology and organization assets, hospital management should increase the knowledge, skill, and character by giving them more training and education, formally or informally.
