      Abstract
      One of the struggle to incrase the region’s income is optimizing the potential in tourism sector. Tourism sector is a sector that has potential to develop the area’s income because it has rolet a develop its economic growth. The relation between the tourism industry and region’s income is they run trough PAD and tax/non tax. Tourism in East Java become one of the development related to recidency of East Java becoming one of the region that has a great tourism potential. This made the research are interest in examining the reception area from the tourism sector which aim’s to analyze the factor affecting local revenues from the tourism sector in region East Java. The data used to in this research in secondary data is pooled data for 5 years (2013-2017). Analysis of data using Least Square Method and Random Effect Model. The variable used in this study among other things, the number of tourist, the number of restaurants and eating houses, the number of hotel rooms and the number of hospital. From this study we can conclude that all variables have a significant effect and positive effect on revenue from the tourism sector with a probability figure less than 0,05.
