      Abstract
Non Governmental Organization (NGO) is an important actor in the distribution of foreign aid. In responding to social humanitarian issues, NGOs move transnationally. Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat-Human Initiative (PKPU HI) as a case study is one of the NGOs that managed to channel aid to victims of conflict in the Syrian state. With many obstacles and challenges in channeling aid, PKPU-HI managed to channel its humanitarian assistance. By focusing attention on NGOs, this paper will discuss the role of NGOs in international relations, profile and international role of PKPU HI, conflicts that occur in Syria, and strategy of PKPU HI in channeling aid to Syria using Transnational Advocacy Network.
