This study aims to determine the partnership system between the company and partner farmers, the benefits of agribusiness for partner farmers, and the feasibility of sweet corn farming in the partnership system of PT Tunas Agro Persada in Baturetno District, Wonogiri Regency. Location determination is done purposively. Taking respondents by census method with 30 partner farmers. The partnership pattern between PT Tunas Agro Persada and partner farmers is Cooperation of Agribusiness Operasional. With a partnership system that is implemented between companies and farmers, considering a partnership system that is quite beneficial for partner farmers is social benefits, economic benefits, and technical benefits. The cost of producing sweet corn in one planting season on a field of 1,413 m² is Rp. 3,711,880,-, revenue of Rp 8,082,450,- / 1,413 m², income of Rp 6,231,401,- / 1,413 m², profit of Rp 4,370,569,- /1,413 m². The R/C value in one sweet corn growing season obtained an value of 2.01, capital productivity is 238%, labor productivity is Rp 233,216 / HKO, and field productivity is Rp 3,179 / m². It could be summed up that sweetcorn seed farming with partnership pattern was appropriate to be developed.
