The purpose of this research is to find out the attitude of chicken farmer to biosecurith system and to find out the relation of factors affecting the attitude of chicken farmer to biosecurith system in Gulurejo Village, Lendah Sub-district, Kulonprogo Regency. The research was done at in Gulurejo Village, Lendah Sub-district, Kulonprogo Regency which was choosen because in Gulurejo Village the most farmers who need more of the information about biosecurith system than other. The method was analyzed descriptively in case study with qualitative approach. Result of the research showed that the whole attitude of chicken farmer to biosecurith system was good. The relation of factors that affecting attitudes of chicken farmer to biosecurith system has positive but low relation. Farm experiences factor and the number of livestock raised has no relation, that every factors connected with cognitive attitude, affective attitude and conatuve
