      Abstract
      Oyster mushrooms are one of the vegetables that have high economic value to be cultivated. The oyster mushrooms farming can be made as side job to gain the household income of the farmers. It is because the cultivation of the oyster mushrooms is not difficult and does not require intensive care. This Research aims to find out the income from the oyster mushroom farming, and income from the outside oyster mushrooms farming, and how substantial the contribution of oyster mushroom farming income to the farmers household in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research location was determined deliberately (purposive). The sample taking was the census method, specifically on 23 farmers. The data were analyzed by farming analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The results show that income received by farmers from oyster mushrooms farming activities is Rp 5.760.025, from off farm activities Rp 130.435, and non farm activities Rp 12.104.348. The contribution of the oyster mushrooms farming to the farmers household is 32,01%%. This shows that the contribution of oyster mushroom farming to the farmer's household income is classified as medium class
