      Abstract
      This research aims to analyze : (1) the context related to the implementation of community service practice program in the development of religious attitudes; (2) the input related to the implementation of religious attitudes; (3) the process related to the implementation of community service practice program in the development of religious attitudes; (4) the result of the implementation of community service practice program at the Islamic boarding school of Harisul Khairaat Bumi Hijrah Tidore Maluku Utara Province. This is an expose facto evaluation research using mix method approach with a model evaluation of context, input, process and product. The population of the research was 40 students and the sample was 20 students selected through purposive random sampling. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire, interview and documentation. The qualitative data were analyzed using Miller and Huberman qualitative analysis model, while the quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, and simple linear regression test done with SPSS program version 22 for Windows. The findings of the research are : (1) The evaluation of context shows that the program of community service practice has been in line target achievement and in evaluation of input has been good showing objective and benefits both when interacting with the society and exchanging ideas with women of the Majlis ta'lim. (3) The evaluation of process shows that the program has been run according to the given schedule and it is also well-organized. Lack of participation becomes the obstacles faced during the implementation of the program, but it has been successfully overcome by the students. (4) The evaluation of product shows that the evaluation of community service practice program significantly affects the development of religious attitudes of grade VI students at Islamic boarding school Harisul Khairaat Bumi Hijrah Tidore Maluku Utara Province. It is 100 % in a high category.
