      Abstract
      MER-C (Medical Emergency Rescue Committee) social and humanitarian organizations engaged in the field of medical emergency and have the nature of the mandate, professional, neutral, independent, voluntary, and high mobility. MER-C aims to provide medical care to victims of war, violence due to conflict, unrest, extraordinary events, and natural disasters at home and abroad. Palestinian-Israeli conflict events caused many casualties that the Palestinian government had difficulty in providing care to victims. With the intention of improving the health condition of the people of Gaza, the volunteers managed to raise funds and establish a medical facility with hospital name Indonesia (RSI). Identity MER-C as an NGO that upholds Islamic values make it more concerned about the Palestinian state with the followers of Islam are many. And the condition of the conflict has lasted longer cause much harm compared to other countries that are in conflict. In the last five years, MER-C is more focused on helping the people of the victims of the conflict between the Palestinians and Israel in Gaza, Palestine. Establishment of Hospital Indonesia based on the number of casualties suffered by the Palestinians. Data in 2008-2009 showed 1,400 people died and more than 5300 of them wounded in the attack on Israel. Victims of this war will grow, given the 5000 victims some of them are seriously injured.
