The purpose of this research is to know the factors that pushed the Singapore government uses halal tourism to increase Indonesian visitors. Singapore is not a Islam country and Muslims in Singapore is just minority. But with their government intelligence, now Singapore was become the most friendly country for Muslims. The success of halal tourism had a positive impact on increasing amount of tourists from Indonesia which will indirectly also affect to the country's foreign exchange earnings.
