Background: Stroke is brain function disorder that occurs suddenly and the cause is circulatory disorder in area of brain, so it can cause paralysis on the limbs and influences to the spiritual. Objective: This study aims to knowing the correlation between spiritual knowledge toward behavior of fulfillment spiritual need: prayer and thaharoh for patients with stroke at hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Methods: This study is non-experimental with cross sectional design. Population in this study is patients with stroke at hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital, while the total of sample are 43 peoples using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using Spearman rho test. Result: Based on Spearman rho test showed the results of spiritual knowledge of respondent is good, that is 38 people (88,4%). Behavior of spiritual fulfillment need: prayer and thaharoh of respondent is good, that is 28 peoples (65.1%). The results of correlation in this study showed p-value is 0,014. The relationship showed r = 0,372 with the correlation direction is positive. Conclusion: There is correlation between spiritual knowledge toward behavior of fulfillment spiritual need: prayer and thaharoh for patients with stroke at hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Suggest: To the next study suggests to looking for the factors that influence behavior of respondent that don`t do prayer and thaharoh.
