      Abstract
Background: Total-etch bonding system has advantages compared to the bonding system self etch where mechanical strength on email or dentin is greater. A lot of restoration materials used today are nanofill composite resin materials. Composite resin nanofill promises a smoother surface, shiny longer, very powerfull, shrinkage degrees lower, smoother surface, as well as the power supple a similar hybrid composite resin. Aim: To know the tensile strength of bonding total-etch on composite resin nanofill on dentin surface with aplication time materials bonding varies. Research Design: The design of this research is Experimental Laboratoris Samples in this research is a human Premolar teeth post extraction repealed for the purposes of maintenance ortodonsi, with a healthy condition, no caries, and no filiing a number of 24 teeth for 4 different treatment groups, namely application time materials bonding total-etch (5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds). The data will be analyzed using by analysis varians (analysis of variance, ANOVA) one-way. Result: The results of the research show that there are influences from application time materials bonding total-etch against tensile strength of composite resin nanofill dentin surface. Based on the results of the analysis of ANOVA one way shows that there is a significant influence on tensile strength of composite resin nanofill on dentin bonding system using total-etch with different variations with significant time 0.000 (p<0,05). Conclution: There is a presence of the influence of the application time total-etch bonding materials against tensile strength of composite resin nanofill, with the greatest tensile strength with bonding appliaction time for 20 seconds.
