GAMBARAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL PADA KELOMPOK HOMOSEKSUALITAS YANG BERESIKO MENULARKAN HIV/AIDS DI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Homosexual is a risk factor for transmission of HIV / AIDS, this is due to sexual behavior in homosexual groups have an important role in the transmission of HIV / AIDS, such as not using a condom, anal sex, oral sex and changing partners. This study aimed to describe homosexuality sexual behavior in groups who has risk of transmitting HIV / AIDS in Yogyakarta. This research was descriptive quantitative descriptive survey design. The sample in this study were 78 respondents were using accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate. These results indicated that the majority of homosexuality attain the age of 17-25 years (53.8%), High School education background (60.3%), already circumcised (96.2%). The majority of homosexuals sometimes do risky sexual behavior, such as sexual intercourse more than one person / threesomes (52.6%), the use of condoms (50%), anal sex (53.8%), releasing the sperm inside the anus (52 , 6%), oral sex (47.4%), releasing the sperm into the mouth (51.6%), alternately insert a finger into the anus, the respondents (51.3%) and their partners (50%), rimming the respondents have never (51.3%) and her partner could sometimes (62.8%), interfemoral coitus, the respondents (53.8%) and her partner (52.6%). Sexual behavior in homosexual groups in Yogyakarta classified as at risk of transmitting HIV / AIDS.
