dc.description | Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui karakteristik singkong varietas Renek
berdasarkan umur panen yang berbeda, baik berat, diameter, panjang dan jumlah.
Pengaruh umur panen terhadap analisis proksimat pati dari singkong varietas
Renek. Menentukan umur panen singkong varietas Renek untuk produksi
singkong dan produksi pati.
Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok
Lengkap (RAKL), dan dengan rancangan perlakuan faktor tunggal dengan
berbeda umur panen yaitu panen umur 5 bulan, panen umur 6 bulan, panen umur
7 bulan dan panen umur 8 bulan. Setiap pemanenan diambil 3 sampel sehingga
terdapat 12 sampel pengamatan.
Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa analisis fisik dan proksimat singkong
setiap umur panen mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa
setiap umur panen 5 bulan, 6 bulan, 7 bulan dan 8 bulan karakterisasi dan
kandungan proksimat singkong varietas Renek berbeda beda seiring dengan
pertumbuhan dan perkembangan singkong varietas Renek | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | the purposes: To know characteristic of cassava varieties Renek, based
of harvest uge that different, the weight of diameter, long and amount. The
influence the harvest of age toward analyst proximate essence from casava
varieties Renek. Determine the age of harvesting of renek cassava varieties for
cassava production and starch production
This research was compiled by using random design group method
(RAKL), and the single factor treatment with different harvest age i.e., 5 , 6 , 7 ,
and 8 months harvest age. Every harvest were chosen 3 samples, so there are 12
observation samples.
The results of this research indicated that the physical and proximate
analysis of cassava at each harvest age had different result. This explained that 5,
6, 7, and 8 months harvest age has a different characterization and proximate of
starch content along with the growth of cassava varieties of renek. | en_US |
