      Abstract
This study aims to determine the structure of production costs, revenues, profits, and the feasibility of potato farming with ex vitro and non ex vitro seeds in Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency. Respondent that was taken are 30 farmers use seeds ex vitro with census method, while the farmers use seeds non ex vitro with proportional random sampling method of 30 farmers. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and t test. The results showed a potato farm on 1 hectare of land area by cost, revenue, and profit in a row are farmers who use seeds ex vitro require the production cost of Rp. 25.654.833 earn Rp. 84.103.347 and net profit Rp. 78.628.856. While farmers using non ex vitro seed production cost of Rp. 31.064.868 earn Rp. 74.713.667 and net profit Rp. 68.112.427. These results, can be reinforced with different test average which indicates that farmers use fewer seeds ex vitro off production costs and revenue and higher profits than farmers using non ex vitro seed. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis of the views from the R/C, capital productivity, labor productivity and capital productivity shows that the potato farming with ex vitro seeds has a higher feasibility value than non ex vitro seeds.
