PERSEPSI DAN EKSPEKTASI KARYAWAN TERHADAP JASA TIDAK LANGSUNG DALAM REMUNERASI RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL
Abstract
RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul is one of the government hospitalthat has been applyingthe remunerationsystem in an indirect incentives based on the “SK Direktur RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul No 36/01/Tahun 2011”. But there happened various of perceptions and expectations toward the incentives especially indirect incentives in various employees in the hospital.
Method: This research is a qualitative research. The technique for the data collection is by using a deep interview with 5 specialists and 1 general practitioner along with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 17 respondents from various units to see the picture of perceptions and expectations from many kind of segments that work in the hospital about the indirect incentives
Result and Discussion: The perception of the researched three aspects, there are justice aspect, transparency, and time accuracy where the 12 respondents felt well enough, although there are 11 respondents opined that it is unfair
